Personal Update

The past few months have been hectic for both myself and IKO Overland. To highlight a few personal events, I destroyed my front differential in November, and the new one was shipped when I wrote this blog post. I'm optimistic I'll have the truck ready for Squirrel Camp 2025. Additionally, I traveled extensively for reasons unrelated to overlanding. I attended the CFB Semi Final in Dallas and the CFB National Championship in Atlanta, making December and January particularly busy.

IKO Update

Where to start? I've dedicated numerous hours to planning our Fall trip to Colorado. It's shaping into a 17-day journey, beginning in Fairplay, Colorado, forming a large loop, and concluding in Denver after passing through the Ouray/Telluride and Mesa Verde regions. Additionally, many of us gathered for Fancy Kyle and Jake's birthdays (yes, they surprisingly share the same birthday).

Coming Next?

We have Squirrel Camp 2025 coming up shortly, organized by Tony Merriman of Weekend Wanderers. You'll find most of us attending! Additionally, we've teamed up with Indy Overlanders to organize a campout at LBL (Land Between the Lakes) in March. I'm eager to get out and see everyone again after being out of commission for nearly 3 months.
